President Obama is in a crucial position to minimize climate change or let it barrel ahead unchecked. This article talks about the need for strong action.
Bill McKibben | Mr. Obama, Be Tough on Climate Change
Bill McKibben, The Boston Globe: “The negotiation that really counts is not between Republicans and Democrats or industry and the greens, or even between the United States and China. The real bargaining is happening between human beings and physics and chemistry, and that’s a tough negotiation.”
Three Questions
1) Do you think President Obama is doing too much, just enough, or not enough to minimize the impact of climate change?
2) What do you think about the “350 parts per million” carbon figure that scientists have said is the maximum, above which the Earth will cease to resemble the environment in which humanity evolved?
3) How much more should governments, and individuals, be doing about climate change?

We humans need incentives to make things happen.
That said, a carbon tax seems like the proper way to go forward.
its a no-brainer.
business and individuals will come up with solutions to minimize their taxes. count on it.
