Three Questions: “Medicare for All”

The debate over health care reform has been raging for months.  Several well-known bills are floating around the House and the Senate, gradually becoming less and less appealing as wealthy corporations lobby for changes to their benefit at citizens’ expense.  But there’s another bill, one that far fewer people know about — and H.R. 676 has some interesting characteristics.
