Eating Less Meat

This week’s “Change the World Wednesdays” post is about vegetarian food. Not everyone wants to be a full-time vegetarian, but most Americans eat way more meat than is necessarily good for the human body.  A little meat is good; humans evolved as omnivores, with teeth and digestive systems that can handle both animal and plant foods.  Too much meat can clog up your arteries and other parts of your body.  (Pay attention to your body: some bodies react badly to animal products, while others demand at least some meat.)  So, consider exploring the wonderful world of vegetarian cuisine.
