Controlling Carbon

Carbon dioxide is a major greenhouse gas, which contributes to global warming.  In order to prevent catastrophic climate change, we must rapidly reduce the amount of carbon that we put into the atmosphere.  Let’s take a look at some proposals for controlling carbon.
